Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to develop and hold senior relationships with key decision makers across the ICT space, ultimately enabling business growth, together with an understanding of this growing industry. You will not only be required to generate sponsorship revenue for the established events portfolio, but also commercialize new event ideas from understanding the market and client base.



Maximize sponsorship sales by creating new opportunities to achieve and exceed personal targets

Work closely and support the Sponsorship Sales Manager and Event Production Manager to develop key relationships

Maintain, grow and expand your client base across the territories and verticals you take ownership of

Maintain a high level of commercial activity

Proactively lead source from all mediums

Database management

Negotiation of new deals with international customers

Contribute ideas to develop and grow the business through market analysis



A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in B2B sales and marketing related business sectors on corporate sponsorship /enterprise sales / media / advertising / MICE / ICT environment, with revenue targets.

Existing network of solid contacts in the sales, marketing and business development industry is a plus but not a prerequisite

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of key external and internal stakeholdersAbility to work calmly under pressure and meet agreed deadlines for events.

You must be proactive and highly self-motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude and a ‘hunter’ mindset

Exerting huge amounts of enthusiasm, confidence and charisma is essential to this role

A proven track record in solutions based selling

Excellent communication skills, both face to face, phone and in writing

Able to work independently as well as in teams

General understanding of the B2B events landscape

Fluent in English, another language is an advantage

Negotiation of new deals with international customers
