JOB OVERVIEW

 

Client Service Administrator

Proventa International is looking for a personable and outgoing Client Service Administrator who is comfortable in dealing with clients in a friendly, professional manner at all times. The successful Client Services Administrator will be highly organised, able to manage several work streams effectively at once while working well under pressure. You will be tasked into approaching clients who have shown interest in a forthcoming event or who have attended previously by phone whilst updating the in-house Salesforce database. We are a very successful provider of cutting edge international events providing a highly sought after platform for businesses to create a peer to peer networking and business development opportunities. We are growing fast and require someone versatile, smart and enthusiastic to join the team in helping shape the future of the business.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

To call lapsed and interested clients both in the UK and Internationally regarding forthcoming events and promotions

Logging all responses, updating client details and notes

Maintain a high degree of professionalism offering excellent communication levels at all times

Take ownership of the client program providing updates on a regular basis

Escalate queries to the Directors of the business

Working with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all relevant data is up to dat

To work as part a close-knit, self-managed team

Create reports and stats for management where requested and to provide regular updates

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: Degree Level (desirable)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent telephone manner

Committed to delivering an exceptional service

Confident and proficient in computer skills

Good understanding of Windows

Comfortable working with software tools

High degree of proactiveness and forward thinking

Interest in technology and software

‘Hands-on’ approach and a willingness to learn

Working within a team and supporting colleagues
