JOB OVERVIEW

 

Client Success Manager - UK Based Talents

 

Open to candidates with backgrounds in research, outbound telesales / telemarketing / customer service, lead generation, account management or virtual sales.

 

Hours of Work

European shift 8am-5pm(Monday-Friday)

Hours include 1 hour lunch break

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate your own qualified leads through internet research, reading of industry trade journals, networking, and referrals.
A minimum of 80-100 dials and 2-3 hours outbound cold calls a day, reaching out to key decision makers from a top down approach.

Daily updating of leads through company CRM(customer relations management) tool to ensure leads are being nurtured through the sales process.

Ability to apply a consultative approach, by understanding industry challenges and tailoring a value-added package for your qualified prospects.

Demostrate how clients can gain a return on investment by working with Proventa International.

Manage key accounts at our Strategy Meetings globally travelling but not limited; USA, EUROPE, and ASIA.

Work independently within a team structure.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE or Higher Degree in any field

Eligible to work in the UK

 
 

Offered Salary
Combination of base salary and uncapped commissions

Realistic first year OTE = 30-40K

International travel incentives attending company events
