Joseph Payne is the President, CEO and Director of the board of Arcturus Therapeutics. During his tenure, Arcturus has built a diverse pipeline of 7 RNA medicines and established multiple pharmaceutical partnerships globally with a potential value over $1 Billion. Prior to Arcturus, Joseph worked at Merck, DuPont, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kalypsys, and Nitto which resulted in over 40 publications and patents, and several IND clinical candidates. His academic training includes a B.S. in Chemistry, magna cum laude from Brigham Young University, M.S. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Calgary and Executive Training Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management.
