Guadalupe has spent over a decade transforming healthcare organizations in biopharmaceuticals, hospitals, and policy, holding leadership positions at GSK, Amgen, UCLA Health, and the RAND Corporation, and conducting scientific research at Robert Langer’s Lab at MIT. He sits on the board of directors of Save One Life and is the Chair and President of the MIT LBGT+ Alumni Association Board. In 2012, Guadalupe received the Healthcare Executive Leadership Award from the Los Angeles Business Journal. He swiftly became a Leader for Global Operations Fellow at MIT in 2013, and most recently, was named one of 2019 “40 Under 40” by the Boston Business Journal. Guadalupe Haye-Mota graduated with a BS in Chemistry, MS in Engineering, and an MBA from MIT, and he hold an MPP from Georgetown University.
