Goce is an Associate Director in the IT for R&ED Digital Engineering organization. His team delivers digital capabilities to thousands of scientists, manages petabytes of scientific data and supports machine learning pipelines implemented to enable operational efficiencies, while accelerating the delivery of scientific breakthroughs.
With over 15 years of experience diagnostics, pharmaceutical R&D and digital space, Goce brings a wealth of cross-functional knowledge and domain expertise in biomarker discovery, clinical assay development and translational research. He has worked in clinical diagnostics, academic and industry research and carry an end-to-end vision for meaningful healthcare outcomes. On the IT side, he leads strategic IT engagements, enterprise informatics projects and works across large matrix teams. Some of the projects include the development of an intelligent data fabric, packaged business capabilities, digital twin for scientific instruments and composite AI.
His vision for strategic innovation is a result of strong and in-depth business analysis, passion for science and technology and extensive work with external innovation partners. He is customer driven and like to use digital capabilities that drive operational excellence for the scientific teams I’m supporting.
Goce holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business in Innovation Management, M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University and holds a professional certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
